Why do we not disclose an address for our Detailing Studio?

We do not disclose our unit address due to the nature of vehicles we look after, if you are interested in visiting us please contact us for details.

Which service is best for me?

This depends on what you’d like to achieve by using our services, if youre still unsure of which service suits you best please feel free to give us a call or send an email and we’d be happy to help find a service tha suits yours and your cars needs.

Whats the difference between valeting and detailing?

A detail is far more in depth than a valet as the name suggests. All of our services are infact details due to the lengths we go to in order to ensure your car looks its best. Here at Bourne to Detail we don’t believe in sub standard valeting so the main difference between our valets and details is the paint correction services and the level of protection applied after the job is carried out.

How can I maintain the appearance of my car after using your services?

Feel free to investigate our maintenance service as we can assist you with maintaining your vehicles appearance and ensure it continues to look as good as possible. Alternatively please ask Will at the time of your appointment and he will be happy to give advice and guidance where possible.

I’m selling my car, is it worth having it valeted or detailed prior to sale?

Definitely you’d be surprised how much of a difference a full valet or detail can make to the ease of selling your vehicle. If you are unsure which service would be most beneficial for you please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What brand of products do you use?

At Bourne to Detail we are not restricted by brands so we use whichever products we believe will leave your car looking as good as possible, we can however tailor our products to suit your needs.

What do you require from me whilst working on my car?

Our fully equipped vans can carry water if we are aware that access to an outside tap may be difficult, the only requirements we have is ample space to work around the vehicle and access to power within 25 meters of the vehicle.
